We seek a talented individual to join us as an Entry-Level Investment Banking Analyst.

We seek 4~6months interns with a conditional offer for a permanent contract. Applicants must be passionate about deal-making and highly interested in the global business environment. Experience or a serious interest in finance, engineering, and technology is preferred.

Essential Job Functions:

•  Developing industry, market sector, and company research and analysis

•  Preparing company presentations and other client materials

•  Developing leads with prospective clients

•  Liaising with worldwide partner financial institutions

•  Interfacing with clients on a regular basis

•  Conducting due diligence for the firm’s clients

•  Managing transactions (M&A, valuations, private placements) and supporting the senior deal team

 

Prerequisites & Qualifications:

•  Final-year college student or recent college graduate from a top-tier university is preferred

•  Good understanding of the global financial market and economy

•  Record of academic excellence with proven leadership ability

•  Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of technology and finance

•  Strong proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

•  Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment

•  Strong client focus and relationship management skills

•  Familiarity with financial statements, spreadsheets, and accounting

•  Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal

•  Resourcefulness, energy, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
